Tulsa Youth Symphony's Spring Serenade

The three Orchestras of the Tulsa Youth Symphony will present their Spring Serenade on Sunday, May 8 at 3:00 p.m. at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center, 110 E 2nd St. This is the final performance of the symphony’s 58th consecutive season. Music by Cesar Franck, Gabriel Faure, and Saint-Saens will be heard. This concert will feature the three winners of the 2021-2022 Concerto Competition: Jack Campbell, a Homeschool cello student; Andrew Bennett, a horn student at Jenks High School; and Kaden Gonzales, a trumpet student at Charles Page High School. In addition, this performance will have a special focus on Tulsa Youth Symphony graduating seniors, who represent 42 public, private, and homeschool institutions. The Preparatory String Orchestra is conducted by Amelia Ivory; the Concert Orchestra by Pete Peterson and Kenneth Baird; and the Symphony Orchestra by Richard Wagner.

Tickets go on sale April 15 at 10:30 a.m.
