Management Team

Chief Executive Officer
A Certified Performing Arts Executive with broad experience in performance, directing and theatrical management, Mark Frie joined the Tulsa PAC team in 2017. Previously, he served as the executive director of the Broken Arrow Performing Arts Center and the Kristin Chenoweth Theatre. Frie has also worked with Radio City Music Hall, North Shore Music Theatre (Boston), Music Theatre Wichita, Dallas Theatre Center, Casa Manana Theatre in Ft. Worth, The Majestic, Bass Hall, Fair Park Music Hall and the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center.

Frie's performance experience spans the nation and includes musicals, operas and concerts. He made his solo debut at Carnegie Hall in 2006 and has enjoyed performing with symphonies across the country. He is also incredibly proud of the partnership he created with Kristin Chenoweth. Together, through the Kristin Chenoweth Arts and Education Fund, along with a host of volunteers and staff, they impact students on a global level by giving kids opportunities to hone their craft, find their passion, and reach for their dreams.

Chief Financial Officer
Jen joined the Tulsa PAC staff in 2019. Alden’s professional and artistic background is very diverse, with roots in Portland, Oregon. She studied dance at the University of Oregon, State Ballet of Oregon and Eugene Ballet. In addition, she studied at Danskervelt School of Dance in Copenhagen, Denmark. After graduating with her accounting degree, she worked as a senior at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Portland and received the Chairman’s award. After relocating to Tulsa, Alden worked for Williams Company as a financial reporting senior before accepting a position with ETX Energy, formerly New Gulf Resources, where she was the controller .


General Manager
Terri has been with the Tulsa Performing Arts Center since 1993. She began her career as a part-time ticket office cashier and worked her way up to Ticket Office Manager, receiving a City of Tulsa Blue Award in 2013 for leading a successful customer service department. In the same year, her department won the Box Office of the Year Award from the International Ticketing Association for demonstration of exceptional teamwork. In her current position, Terri works with Tulsa PAC’s community partners and new rental clients to plan and coordinate all of their event needs from start to finish. She also programs the PAC Trust Imagination/Young at Art Series and Brown Bag It Series.

Ticket Office Director
Jeff began working at the Tulsa PAC as a ticket office cashier in March of 2008 and became ticket office manager in 2014. Jeff oversees operations for the Tulsa PAC ticket office and is also the ticketing software administrator for several other regional partner venues.

Operations Director
Bryan came to the Tulsa PAC in September of 2010, following a 32-year career in the United States Coast Guard. His experience in engineering, management, and electrical maintenance and repair make him a good fit for our operations division.

Technical Director
Scott began working at the Tulsa PAC as a stagehand in 2005. As technical director since December 2014, Scott oversees the backstage aspects of all PAC productions. He gained experience in the Norman and Oklahoma City theater scenes and also in Los Angeles, where he worked for the NFL Network.
