Our ticket office is currently CLOSED for in-person sales due to COVID-19/Coronavirus pandemic concerns. For more information, click here to e-mail the ticket office.

General Information

The main ticket office is located on the south side of the Performing Arts Center at 101 E. Third Street (Third and Cincinnati).

For general sales, ticket office hours are Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

For day-of-show sales, the ticket office opens two hours before showtime. The ticket office is not open for general sales on nights and weekends.

Buying Tickets

Tickets to most shows are available online on this website. Go to the "Events" section to make a purchase.

Tickets may also be purchased in person or by calling the PAC ticket office, 918-596-7111. Season subscribers call 918-596-7109. From outside Tulsa, call 1-800-364-7111.

A small per ticket and per order fee is added to all Internet and phone orders. Cash, money orders, personal checks and select credit cards are accepted unless otherwise specified. There will be a $2.00 facility fee added to all tickets.

Group Sales

Group discounts are available for some events. Please call 918-596-7109 for group sales assistance.

Credit Cards

VISA, Mastercard and Discover are accepted for most events held at the PAC. Ticket purchases made via the Internet may be bought with VISA, Mastercard and Discover.


Tulsa Performing Arts Center ticket office representatives will gladly exchange tickets to events with more than one performance, subject to availability, a small fee, and if exchanges are allowed by the presenter of the event. Exchanges must be made before the performance listed on the original ticket occurs, and during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Please speak with a PAC ticket agent at 918-596-7109 or visit our ticket office to request an exchange. (Calls to 918-596-7111 may be answered by Tickets.com off-site operators who are not authorized to make exchanges.) PAC ticket office staff will be happy to assist you.


Oftentimes, discounts are available for select shows. You should be given all discount options that apply when purchasing online, but if you have any questions regarding discounts, you can always call the ticket office directly. If you sign up on www.tulsapac.com to receive pre-sale and discount notifications online, you will receive those in your email inbox before tickets go on sale to the general public. Discounts can come in the form of group and corporate discounts as well as discounts for children, student and seniors. Call 918-596-7109 for discount information and group sales.

Lost/Non-Received Tickets

If for any reason your tickets do not make it with you to the show, we can reprint them at the ticket office window at no charge.

If the "Tickets @ Home" feature was used, a confirmation email should have been sent to you. In this email, there is a link to print your tickets. If you still have trouble, we can print your tickets when you come to the show for no additional fee.

Gift Certificates

The Tulsa Performing Arts Center has gift certificates available to purchase. Patrons have an option of purchasing online in specific denominations by clicking HERE. Or for any amount, by calling the Tulsa PAC ticket office at: 918-596-7109.

Tulsa PAC gift certificates are redeemable over the phone at 918-596-7109, or in person at the Tulsa PAC ticket office (standard fees apply).

Gift Certificates can be used towards any Tulsa PAC event in our facility, including performances at these venues:

Broken Arrow PAC, TCC Van Trease PACE, Abilene Civic Center, Claremore Robson PAC .

Available By Subscription

Tickets for some shows may be obtained earlier than the general on-sale date by purchasing them as part of a season ticket package (which usually includes at least two other shows). Tickets to individual shows go on sale a month or more before a show opens. Touring shows often put their tickets on sale several months ahead of time.
