Parking

Parking is available to the east of the PAC bordered by Detroit and Cincinnati Avenues and Second and Third Streets. There is also a parking lot directly south of the PAC and on the southeast corner of Third and Cincinnati. The parking lots are not owned and operated by the PAC and parking will vary in price from lot to lot. Underground parking, accessed from Second Street, connects directly to PAC entrances and the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

Handicapped Accessibility

Patrons with physical disabilities are welcome at the Tulsa PAC. ADA-compliant entry doors are available at the entrances on 2nd Street and 3rd Street (canopies over the respective doors). Patrons attending events in Chapman Music Hall can use either 3rd Street lobby elevator on the west wall and go up one level using the button marked “O” for Orchestra. Turn left out of the elevator and go down the ramp immediately on the left to access the Promenade hallway. At the bottom of the ramp, look for the usher in the burgundy coat on the right and the usher will help you from there. If you choose to park in the garage between the PAC and the Hyatt Hotel, there are wheelchair spaces on the street level. Exit your car and go to the elevator in the southeast corner of the garage. Take that elevator up to the Gallery level (G button). Turn left out of the elevator and go up the ramp to the 3rd Street lobby and continue as above.

Guests attending events in one of our other venues (Williams, Doenges and Norman Theatres) should enter the PAC through the doors on 2nd Street. Continue through the lobby area and go down the short hallway to the right of the stairway that goes down. Use the elevator at the end of the hallway to access the lowest level of the building (L button). Guests choosing to park in the garage between the PAC and the Hyatt Hotel should enter the PAC using the northeast doorway (ADA ramp and door). Use the easy-to-operate lift to access the elevator landing and continue as above.

If you need additional information, please feel free to contact us and we will make every effort to tend to your needs.

Admission/Late Arrivals

You may enter the Performing Arts Center two hours before the starting time of an event. Seating policies are at the discretion of each presenting organization. If you arrive late and are held out, you can watch the performance from the PAC’s TV monitors located on all three levels of Chapman Music Hall and in the Williams lobby. Holdouts may be only a few minutes until there is a break in the action. However, the presenting organization may ask that patrons be held out until intermission. If you must leave once inside the theater, you may not be allowed to re-enter until intermission. Please retain your ticket stub in case you are asked to show it when re-entering the theater.

Babies & Children

An event’s presenting organization, the PAC Web site and the PAC ticket office will carry information regarding a program’s suitability for children. Presenting organizations may ask that no children be admitted due to adult program content.

Some presenters will allow very young children or babies to sit on the lap of an adult at no charge. For most events, every person who enters the theater, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Please check with the presenting organization or the PAC ticket office if you are unsure about an event in that regard. Some presenters may offer a reduced ticket price for students and children.

Booster seats for young ones are available. Changing tables are available in PAC restrooms.
of

Dress Policy

Very few events held at the PAC are formal. The level of dress is generally casual to business casual. Your comfort is our uppermost concern. Some patrons enjoy dressing up. Others are most comfortable in jeans. Rest assured, you will see a little of everything.
